          We’re sorry to hear you’d like to return your item. Your purchase may be eligible for a replacement within 5 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met.

Reasons for Return Eligibility

  • Wrong Item Received: If the delivered product does not match the website description or if you received the incorrect item.
  • Defective Product: If the item has a manufacturing defect.

Note: Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a return or replacement.

Conditions for an Acceptable Return

  • Items must be returned in their original condition as received.
  • Products must be unused, unworn and unmodified.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Conditions for Non-Acceptable Return

  • Once your return is approved, you’ll receive an RMA number via email to include on the outside of the package.
  • Please do not return items without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.
  • Do not send items to an alternate address, as they will not be accepted.
  • A replacement will only be dispatched after the original item is collected and passes our quality inspection.

 Important Information About Returns

  • A restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
  • Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Processing time for returns or replacements can be up to 15 business days.

 Defective Item Claims

We strive to provide high-quality products, but in the rare event that you receive an item with a confirmed manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, you may be eligible for a full refund or a free replacement at no charge.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

A refund or replacement will be issued if:

  • The customer provides sufficient documentation verifying the defect, or
  • The returned item is received and inspected, and the defect is confirmed.

Inspection & Refund Policy

  • We reserve the right to inspect all returned items claimed as defective.
  • If, upon inspection, the universal product is found not to have a manufacturing defect, a refund will be issued only for the product amount, excluding any shipping charges. Shipping charges and restocking fees deducted from original product amount.

 Quality Checks

  • Digital InspectionWe check every product digitally by reviewing the images and videos to make sure everything looks just right.
  • Physical Evaluation: Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will conduct a physical evaluation. If our inspection team confirms its condition is appropriate, we will handle return requests accordingly.
  • IMPORTANT: Digital Inspection is a preliminary step in the return/ replacement process. However, it does not guarantee approval. The final decision is subject to the outcome of the physical evaluation conducted at our warehouse.

 Refunds

All eligible refunds for credit card purchases will be issued to the same card used for the original transaction. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for the refund to be fully processed and reflected in your account.

Cancellation Policy

Many of our products are made to order based on customer requests. If you wish to cancel an order that is already prepared for dispatch, cancellation fees may apply. However, if we are notified within 12 hours of placing the order, no fees will be charged.

Unexpected Shipping Delays

We understand that delays, misplaced packages, or non-delivery can be inconvenient, and we truly appreciate your patience. Our team is working perseverance to address any issues as efficiently as possible. Should you decide to cancel your order due to these challenges, please note that the cancellation process may take longer than usual. Refunds in such cases may take up to 30 days, but we guarantee they will be completed once the case is resolved. Your confidence in us is our priority, and we are dedicated to providing the best possible service.
