Return Process

  4. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval /or rejection, of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition or is damaged).

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges
